Do we have to pay transportation costs?

I have flat rate wedding packages for Europe, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean. In the PDF file, that you will get, you will see the final cost of my service. There will be no surprise expenses.

  • Do you shoot (large / small / indian / persian / jewish / christian / gay / non-religious) weddings?

Yes, of course!  It would be my pleasure to document your celebration of any type.

  • What are you prices and packages?

I offer flat rate packages for different destinations:

Europe: full day package starts at 1400€
Asia: full day package starts at US$2900
Latin America and Caribbean: full day package starts at US$2900€

But you might be lucky and get a good discount if I plan to be at your destination for your dates. There is a big chance for that, as I travel a lot. Just contact me for the details!

Please contact me to receive a beautiful pdf-catalogue of the wedding collections.

  • What’s included in the photography package?

All collections are different. The basis of each package includes half or full wedding day photography coverage, fully edited high resolution images on USB stick ready for printing, and a secure gallery on my website of the same images for family and guests to view. To learn more about packages, please contact me.

  • How many photographs will we receive?

I generally don’t stop taking photos for the whole day. The quantity taken is dependent on a range of factors (how long I shoot, how many guests there are, the number of locations used throughout the day etc). Usually it is between 300-800 of the very best images of the day. I do approximately 50 best photos per hour.

  • Will the images be edited?

All images are individually assessed for colour and tone, and edited appropriately according to my style. Blemishes and distractions of close-up portraits (1/2 and closer) are then taken care of.

  • When will we see our photographs?

Thanks to my well organised team of professional editors your photos would be processed and ready within just 4 weeks. Every photo will be thoroughly picked, examined, color corrected and my style enhanced. All close up portraits (1/2 and closer) would be retouched as well.

  • How much deposit should we make?

It depends on the wedding location. In case I have to travel for your wedding, the deposit is the cost of the ticket.  If I am planning to be at the wedding location on your date, you pay only 10% of the package to book your date along with contract signature. And the rest you pay 3 days prior to the event.

  • Do you have any special offers?

Sure! I always offer my clients a free pre-wedding, post-wedding or trash-the-dress session, if one books me within a 2 weeks after the first contact.

  • What’s your style?

My style is most often described as natural “creative documentary.” I photograph your day as it unfolds naturally without much interference. However, I also put a lot of energy and time into your “creative portraits,” which are the photos of just the two of you. But it all happens very easy. In my processing style I stick to modern version of the "film-look".

    What cameras do you use?

We use professional Canon 5d mark III, coupled with several top of the range L-series professional lenses.

How soon do we need to reserve our date?

As soon as possible. This year I have had quite a number of brides book me almost 2 years in advance.

We wish we could meet with you, but we are in another city.

The majority of our couples hire me without an in-person meeting. I am very quick, and very thorough, with emails and phone calls and are able to answer most questions in those ways. However, I am happy to schedule a Skype video meeting. We can always find a time and method that works!

Do you photograph details and family group photos?

Yes! A wedding photography collection would not be complete without good details and family photos, and I take all the photographs you would expect out of any wedding photographer. But my goal is to also go past those expectations and give you photographs that you never even imagined.

My fiancé is uncomfortable having his picture taken. How can you help him on the wedding day?

I am very calm, mellow person who tend to blend into the scene rather than bring attention to myself and to my camera. That, combined with my documentary style, will have you both used to me within the first half-hour of your getting-ready time. Most couples tell me it felt like I was just one of the gang, hanging out with everyone. The only time you’ll really be aware of the cameras is during the family group photo and the creative portraits, and during this time I will guide you through everything. You can just be yourselves, and I will take care of the rest.

Will you take photos of the groom as well as the bride before the wedding?

I usually try to visit both the bride as well as the groom before the ceremony. Normally I will first visit the bride whilst she has her hair and make up done, and capture details such as the dress and shoes and some informal photos with her father and bridesmaids. If the guys are getting ready nearby or at the wedding venue then I’ll aim to get shots of them getting ready too. If the guys are getting ready far away at a separate location and you want their part of the day capturing too, you can add on a second photographer and they will stay up until after the speeches. It also means that you will get photos from different angles which might not be possible with just one photographer, such as during the ceremony.

What do you do if we have an outdoor venue and it rains on our wedding day?

Most venues will offer you a rain plan with a backup indoor location. We easily adapt to any situation. The best wedding photos have a lot more to do with your personalities and your chemistry as a couple, than what kind of background you’re standing in front of. If you are happy and in love, that will show in your photos.

Do you provide video services as well?

No I’m afraid not. I like to concentrate on what I do best.

How long will you stay with us on our wedding day?

This will depend on the wedding package booked, or on a pre-agreed upon time schedule. Normally I will wait until all the key moments of the reception are done with, and then leave sometime during the dancing, when I feel I have enough images for your story.

    Do you offer albums?

Absolutely, contact me to receive more information on albums.

Who picks photos for the album?

We do it together. After you get all the photos, I will ask you to pick about 100 favourite photos. Out of which I will use about 80 in the album.

Can we see the album design before it goes to print?

Yes, I will make a design and then send an electronic copy of the page layouts. I want your album to be as perfect as possible and to your exact specifications before going to print.

How long will our album take to arrive?

Albums normally take about ten to fourteen weeks from placing your order till delivery at your end.

How will we get our album?

It will be delivered it to you.

Do you offer Polaroid camera rent or anything like that?

Yes! I offer not only a Polaroid camera, but also a Live Instagram Printer, which is also much fun for the guests. Please contact me to learn more about it.

What will you wear to shoot?

It depends on the type of wedding/event you are having!  If you are planning a formal, black-tie wedding, I'll be dressed in mostly black and probably a jacket.  If you are getting married on the beach, probably a long dress or lighter pants and a blouse.  Myself and my staff always dress professionally and appropriately for the location and event we will be shooting. If you have any dress code, please let me know! Recently I have been to an "all white" wedding, it was so beautiful, and I was wearing my favourite white dress.

You are the photographer for us. How do we reserve our wedding or portrait date?

Great!  The next step is to contact me to let me know your date so I can check my availability.  Once we select the best package for you, I will send you a contract to sign and instructions on how to pay the retainer.  I cannot hold any date for either a portrait or a wedding without both the retainer and contract completed.  I can't wait to work with you!
